The guidance on implementation of tasks shall be:

• Written commitment of the agreements and shared with all parties.
• Making a plan of attack at the start of any contract.
• Starting by the capacities of people and not their limitations; help discovering these capacities, promoting and coaching to further develop those.
• Sound and clear communication; not hard and indiscriminating.
• Refrain from exaggeration, false representation or obfuscation of facts.
• Do what we say and say what we do.
• Our obligation to do everything within our power, to perform significantly.
• Every two weeks reporting the results up to that moment and what the next two weeks is expected.
• Up to three months after completion of the contract any essential after-care maintenance is offered, free of charge, with a maximum of three hours.
• Within three months after completion of the contract performing a common evaluation.
